Your first job today is to STOP and take a deep breath!

 

These assignments are designed to simply help you make the 3 vital behaviors a habit, to focus on SHARING your journey on Social Media, and to start exposing you to the ins and outs of the business. It may seem like A LOT...but I PROMISE that you can get it all done in under an hour if you are smart with your time. The beauty of this business is that YOU set the pace! So if you haven't done ANY of the assignments or watched ANY of the videos...make today your day one and start with the first post.

So now it is time to start thinking about what type of challenge you want to be inviting people to. Whether you are inviting to my upcoming fitness challenge or branching out on your own to run a free short-term challenge such as a clean eating challenge, you have AMAZING examples to learn from.

SHARING SUGGESTION
(Proof the Product Works) - 1.) Share a tip, recipe, or product that you love or want to try. It can be a family recipe, an idea for meal planning...anything that helps you or MIGHT help you! But avoid clicking 'share' on a recipe from another website. Remember you can cut and paste it into the body of your post and then let people know in the comments what site it came from. Don't steal ideas...but make it personal! WHY do you love that recipe? WHY do you want to try that tip?2.) At least one other thing that shows who you are. ***I am keeping an eye out for your AWESOME Posts. Let me know if you are still struggling to get this done as this is TRULY the most important part.
