EXPLAINING OPTIONS

 I think it's important to keep in mind, not ALL coaches are created equal! Don't get me wrong… Nothing wrong with a DISCOUNT COACH… (that is, until you try and treat them like a BUSINESS BUILDER!) You want to make sure that you are staying focused on WHAT OTHERS WANT and not what YOU want… and to do that, it's a great idea to LAY OUT THEIR OPTIONS TO THEM when they become a new coach so that you know how to best mentor them!
