On Boarding Process: 

 

 

After enrolling New Coaches OR Customers, complete the following: 

 

Step 1:

​

  • As a Coach, New coaches receive and email from BeachBody with a video that explains their First 30 Activities. This covers Their First 3 steps:

 

  • Step 1: Know Your Coach ID and Support Team

  • Step 2: Setup Coaching Profile and Business Website Links

  • Step 3: Setup a GSR Call

​

​Step 2:

  • Add them to the appropriate support groups. I like to make a picture of them with a Big Welcome! Tag them and YOUR sponsor 

Below is a description of each group so you understand where you should place them. 

​

The 1st  group is called E. Fitness Coaching. Add all customers and coaches here whether they are looking for business or not . This is full of information to help with their journey along with business info. This Group is great to start researching for files that they may need for additional help with building the business.

The other two groups are called Team Hope. Only Business Building Coaches go in here. This is my upline Coaches group and it always nice to connect them with more coaches that are building than just are small little family

Step 3:

  • Complete a 3-way "Connection Call" WITHIN 3 DAYS This is a call with you, your new team member and your sponsor.  If you cant get a call in with them. Set up a 3 way FB Message! THIS STEP IS SOO CRUCIAL

Step 4:

  • Fitness Challenges always start the FIRST Monday of the Month. Be sure you get them access into the My Challenge Tracker App the weekend prior. They must purchase a CHALLENGE PACK to gain access to the Exclusive Coaching group APP

​

Step 5: DON'T MISS THIS STEP FOR COACHES

  • If they are a “ Coach”  Once they have completed their First 30 Email Video and Welcome Letter, Get them access to the Jumpstart Into Coaching 8 Day Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1616514405269885/
