As we finish up the final few days of our NEWBIE to EMERALD training, I want to get us focused on RESULTS DRIVEN activities!

You can know EVERY aspect of coaching… but if you are not DOING the work,.. the results do not come!

Now I want to encourage everyone to REACH OUT TO YOUR SPONSOR if you have never done a challenge group with them as a co-host.  Talk to them about doing a group with them and bringing in one or more people with you!
